Bienzle - 22 - Bienzle und der Tod in der Markthalle
Frühmorgens findet ein Wachmann beim Rundgang in der Stuttgarter Markthalle einen der Händler erstochen in seinem Stand liegen; neben ihm kniend sein 19-jähriger, geistig behinderter Sohn Geza mit der Tatwaffe in der Hand.
Bienzle muss sich mit dem Geflecht der Marktleute auseinander setzen und kommt dahinter, dass das Opfer nicht nur Obst und Gemüse, sondern auch gestohlene Juwelen "umgesetzt" hat.
Gleichzeitig kümmert sich Bienzle um den Jungen, der nun Waise ist - die Mutter hat ihn schon lange zuvor verlassen - und nimmt ihn zu sich nach Hause. Da gerät Geza heftig mit Hannelore aneinander, die von dem Besuch keinesfalls erbaut ist.
