Dem Tod begegnen Mordermittler oft. Aber in ihrem neuesten Fall wird Lena Odenthal auch mit dem Sterben konfrontiert. Die ermordete Sabine Brodag arbeitete für den Schweizer Sterbehilfeverein Charontas. Angeblich betreibt dieser in Deutschland nur Lobbyarbeit - aber Lena Odenthal findet heraus, dass Brodag in illegale Sterbehilfegeschäfte verwickelt war.
