Über den Polizeifunk erhalten die beiden Kommissare Thorsten Lannert und Sebastian Bootz eine Einsatzorder: Eine Frau mit slawischem Akzent hat um Hilfe gerufen. Als die beiden Kommissare an der genannten Adresse – einem luxuriösen Appartement – ankommen, liegt eine junge Frau tot im Bett. Noch ehe Lannert und Bootz reagieren können, geraten sie selber unter Beschuss. Bootz wird verletzt, auch auf Lannert wird geschossen. Dennoch gelingt es ihm, Bootz in Sicherheit zu bringen.
