Die Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde macht Kommissar Peter Faber schwer zu schaffen, mit dem Polizeipsychologen geriet er am Abend noch in Streit – und jetzt fallen Schüsse im Dortmunder Hafen: Faber kommt gerade noch rechtzeitig, um eine der beiden im Wasser treibenden Personen vor dem Ertrinken zu retten.
