Nächtlicher Streifendienst in der Großstadt. "Ruhestörung", ein Routineeinsatz im Kiez – aber ganz offensichtlich stechen die Streifenkollegen dabei in ein Drogennest. Ein mutmaßlicher Dealer eröffnet jäh das Feuer. Die junge Streifenpolizistin Sandra stirbt im Kugelhagel, ein zweiter Uniformierter, der kurz vor seiner Pensionierung stehende Harald Stracke, wird angeschossen.
