Murot - 13 - Murot und das 1000-jährige Reich
Hagen von Strelow befindet sich auf dem Flug von Südamerika nach Frankfurt am Main. Er ist ein gesuchter Kriegsverbrecher, dem in Deutschland der (späte) Prozess gemacht werden soll. Vor Ort erwarten ihn Kommissar Murot (Ulrich Tukur) und seine Assistentin Wächter (Barbara Philipp). Murot war ihm schon vor 30 Jahren auf der Spur, aber Hagen von Strelow konnte im letzten Moment entkommen. 1944 hatten von Strelow (Ludwig Simon) und Kommissar Rother (Ulrich Tukur) in einem kleinen Dorf an einer Mordermittlung teilgenommen. Ein britischer Pilot, der im Besitz brisanter, kriegsentscheidender Dokumente war, ist ermordet worden. Im Verlauf der Ermittlung stellt sich heraus, dass der kriegsmüde Ermittler Rother alles tut, damit die Unterlagen nicht in die Hände der Nazis fallen, und schützt auch noch die im Dorf untergetauchte Jüdin Else Weiß (Barbara Philipp). Mit fatalen Folgen?
