"Living with the Storm". In Brittany every winter, from Ushant to Saint-Malo, storms punctuate the lives of the inhabitants of the coast and the islands. In the corsair city, every time there is a high tide coupled with a storm, there is a great upheaval. The city huddles as it waits for the spectacle of the giant waves;
