Tom verneemt dat zijn moeder naar huis komt. Hij zal voor de keuze gesteld worden; bij vader blijven of opnieuw bij moeder gaan wonen. Frank doet echt zijn best om Bianca te laten geloven dat het echt uit is met zijn vriendin. Verzekeringsagent Vertommen laat Frank verstaan dat hij weinig kans maakt op een schadeloosstelling. Die is daar helemaal niet over te spreken. Zijn humeur wordt er niet beter op als Simonne langs komt op Bianca’s verjaardag. Frank hoopt haar zo snel mogelijk buiten te krijgen.
