Frank gaat verder mee in de staking: hij last de toegangspoort dicht en haalt daarmee het nieuws. Robbe en Steven kunnen Tom overhalen om toch mee te doen met het fietsenproject. Steven wordt ondernemender. Hij denkt dat hij bij Bianca kan scoren als hij haar bloemen geeft. Dit is echter buiten de waard (Frank) gerekend. Bianca zelf is er ook niet van gediend. Ann vist achter het net: de Loft is al verhuurd. Maar ze zoekt verder. Walter geeft John een uitbrander omdat hij facturen heeft doorgespeeld aan de pers. Voorlopig laat hij het daarbij, maar hij denkt er wel het zijne van.

The series isn't afraid of tackling controversial topics either – in 2014 it became a trailblazer by featuring a gay marriage on Dutch TV.
