The diary
Lasse and Tinka try to decipher the old diary, but the language is far too old-fashioned for them to read. They seek help from Mikkel, but he can't read it either, and they have to go far and wide before they find someone who can help them. Grandma and Astrid have to bake apple slices, and they entice Lasse and Tinka to join, so it develops into an apple slice baking competition. In the kingdom of the goblins, Phileas is worried about whether someone else will come and claim the throne, so he sets about arming and weapons training.
