Single Dad Goes Tiny to Allow for World Travel

"Single dad Jim is downsizing to a tiny house so that he and daughter Denver can afford to travel." Hoping to travel the world with his young daughter Denver, Tulsa, Oklahoma teacher and single dad Jim is going tiny to afford it. He's looking for a rustic-styled home under 400 sq. ft. with the potential for private spaces for soon-to-be-teenage Denver. But with a budget of $25,000 and the help of his best friend Tracy, will he find a home that fits the bill?
