INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp pancake mix
1-2 Tbsp water
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 strawberry, sliced
2 Tbsp whip cream

METHOD
Mix pancake mix, water and baking powder. Add 1 ladle full of pancake batter to pan, cook and repeat.

Layer the cake, first laying down a pancake, then topping with sliced berries and whipped cream. Repeat. Finish with more strawberries and cream.
