Ingredients:
For broth:
1 Tbsp onions
⅛ inch cinnamon stick
1 star anise
3 whole coriander seeds
2 Tbsp water
For pho:
4 (½-inch) cooked rice noodles
3 sliced Thai chilies
1 cilantro leaf
1 lime wedge
2 (½-inch) pieces steak
⅛ tsp soy sauce
Steps:
1. Add all broth ingredients to a pan; simmer.
2. Strain the sauce. Add the pieces of steak to the broth and cook.
3. Add noodles to a bowl. Pour the broth over top, and top with herbs, lime and chilies.
