INGREDIENTS:
1 quail egg
1 square ham
Parsley
1 pinch of Emmental
Salt
Pepper
STEPS:
1.) Break the egg into a bowl and mix it, put half in a bowl. Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the preparation.
2.) Mince the parsley and add it to the preparation, as well as the Emmental. Add salt and pepper.
3.) Pour the mixture into a skillet, cook and peel the omelette in a slipper. Serve with a little salad.
