INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
Pinch sugar
1 teaspoon warm water
Pinch yeast
2 teaspoons flour
Pinch salt
For the pizza:
1/8 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon pizza sauce
2/3 teaspoon shredded mozzarella
1 mini pepperoni, cut into 4
Tiny pinch oregano
Tiny pinch red pepper flakes
STEPS:
1.) Add sugar, water and yeast to a bowl; stir to combine.
2.) Stir in flour. Add more water if needed. Mix until it starts to come together as a dough. Turn out onto a floured board and knead for 2 minutes.
3.) Place in a bowl and let set for 5 minutes.
4.) Dust a pizza peel with cornstarch. Flatten dough in a circular shape. Add sauce, cheese, pepperoni, oregano, and red pepper.
5.) Bake for 4 minutes at 350°F. Let cool for one minute before slicing and serving.
