Ingredients:
2 teaspoons cooking oil, divided
1 quail egg
2 tiny strips bacon
1/2 teaspoon onion, diced
1 tiny potato, diced
Steps:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg. Set aside.
Fry the bacon strips in the same pan until crispy.
Add more oil to the pan and add the onion and potato. Season with salt and pepper and fry the veggies until cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and serve alongside bacon, eggs and tiny French toast.
