Sorato and the others search for something to help him recover his memories, and there, Kosei unearths a mysterious stone. At that moment, dark clouds gather, and a kaiju enveloped in cold air appears from the sky. The kaiju's objective is also this stone! As Kosei is attacked by the kaiju and finds himself in a desperate situation, a blue kaiju wielding psychic powers emerges from within the stone!!
