Sound Quality
Imagine the silence stepping onto the field of an empty NFL stadium, in an empty town, on an empty island, surrounded by miles of wind-less oceans. Everything sounds better contrasted with a blank backdrop. The DarkVoice's blackness makes you notice each note and adds a dimension of accuracy you can't appreciate with audible distortion. This amp has warm mids (thanks to the tubes), analytic highs, and transparent bass. Bob Dylan's voice in "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright" is pleasingly abrasive. Coupling tube warmth and OTL Circuit design produces the cleanest warmth we've heard in any amp so far.
