Le palace célèbre le savoir-vivre à la française et accueille les plus grandes célébrités comme Madonna, Zinedine Zidane ou encore Mick Jagger. Fermé pendant quatre ans pour être entièrement rénové, l'établissement a perdu du terrain sur les dix autres palaces parisiens. Pour revenir au premier rang, les quatre cents employés de l'hôtel de Crillon travaillent d'arrache-pied pour faire de ce palace une seconde maison pour leurs clients ultra-exigeants !
