On voit exploser le nombre de tentatives d’homicides (+12 % en un an) ainsi que les coups et blessures volontaires (+50 % depuis 2017). Ce climat d’insécurité empoisonne aujourd’hui la vie de millions de Français. Comment en est-on arrivé là et pourquoi les pouvoirs publics ont-ils autant de mal à endiguer le phénomène ?
