Het team van “Zone Stad” valt in de vroege ochtend binnen in een vervallen woning om er een prostitutienetwerk op te rollen. Tot hun verbazing zit het huis vol met illegalen, die verplicht worden om in erbarmelijke omstandigheden te leven.
Tijdens de huiszoeking ontdekt Tom ook een geheime kamer volgestouwd met gestolen goederen.
Een straat wordt geterroriseerd door enkele jongeren. Bellon en Verbeken proberen meer te weten te komen, maar ze stuiten op een muur van stilzwijgen. Niemand durft te spreken, op een oud dametje na.
