The series is about eight people Tom, Anna, Liv, Victoria, Flo, Ruth, Lenny and Jack, who work/have summer jobs at Hotel 13. When Tom (Patrick Baehr) was young, he received a message that he had to go to Hotel 13 to find room 13. Anna (Carola Schnell) and Liv (Julia Schäfle) help him find the mysterious room.
