There's so many questions with little to no answers. Either someone higher up was involved in the case, so they wanted to be done with this case and close it quickly, or the police we're too prideful (as usual) to admit they made this disgusting and stupid mistake. I'm not even surprised anymore that they refuse to believe any victims of SA, and would rather ask the relatives around them about anything to dig some dirt, and blame the victims instead. The real nightmare in this case (and most cases) are the police who can't even do their job.
