Chronicles of WuGeng

A messenger of the gods has arrived in Zhao Ge, which has been ruled by the Shang dynasty for generations. The current emperor, Zi Zhou, refuses to bow his head before the gods and declares to the messenger that he will no longer accept the tyranny of the gods. The gods do not take this kindly and tasked the emperor of a neighboring land, Wu Jifa, to lead a crusade against the rebelling Shang.

During the battle with Wu Jifa, the Shang forces vastly outnumbered and the capital inches away from being taken, Zhou and his brother join the fight. One of gods falls from the sky and lands in front of Zhou, prepared to personally deal with the rebel. The other gods laugh from above. Wearing the Immortal Phoenix armor, he surprises and withstands the gods.

Wu Geng, son of Zhou and Da Ji, a goddess, sees all his father's battle with the gods. After the war, he wakes up in the body of Ah Gou and realized he has now a wife named Bai Cai.
