Adaptation of a Japanese concept called Hitoshi Matsumoto Presents Documental
LOL : qui rit, sort ! is an entertainment show in the form of an elimination game. 10 personalities are gathered in a huge living room. Philippe Lacheau is the referee and the master of ceremonies. He launches the game with a big green buzzer that marks the beginning of a round where you absolutely must not laugh. The one who laughs will get a yellow card. After two yellow cards, the personality is eliminated.
Each participant has the right to a joker card that allows him or her to do a little happening, in order to cheer up the competitors.
Season 1 brought together Philippe Lacheau's close friends: Julien Arruti, Tarek Boudali, Fadily Camara, Hakim Jemili, Gérard Jugnot, Reem Kherici, Kyan Khojandi, Bérengère Krief, Alexandra Lamy and Inès Reg.
Season 2 brought together Melha Bedia, Ramzy Bedia, Gérard Darmon, Alice David, Audrey Fleurot, Éric Judor, Camille Lellouche, Panayotis Pascot, Just Riadh and Ahmed Sylla.
Season 3 reunited the Niney / Cohen clan with Leïla Bekhti, Jonathan Cohen, François Damiens, Virginie Efira, Gad Elmaleh, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Laura Felpin, Paul Mirabel, Géraldine Nakache and Pierre Niney.
