Luíza and Valentina are classmates studying law, but they come from different worlds and have completely different personalities. Luiza sees in Valentina all the flaws she imagines a person could have, and despises her. However, one day Luiza wakes up to discover that she has aged ten years and, to her dismay, is married to Valentina. As it turns out, Luiza has now suffered a traumatic event, of which she is still unaware, and which has sent her into a state of dissociative amnesia; she has no memory of her union with Valentina, and even less of their son Leo.
