Zora la rousse

In the Croatian coastal town of Senj, orphans living on the fringes of society join forces under the leadership of a girl who is called Red Zora because of her red hair. The townspeople treat the poor children like outcasts. The group reacts with wild pranks. In order to survive, the children turn to crime, but within their community they abide by strict rules. Their most important commandment is solidarity. They call themselves Uskoks. The only person who feels a connection with them is the old fisherman Gorian. The children help him to assert himself against the large fishing companies.
