Doctors are concerned he has a serious pelvic injury and other internal wounds and work quickly to establish how severe they are. Meanwhile, 44-year-old Doug, who has a rare growth on his head and face which is prone to profuse bleeding, arrives in A&E, and 23-year-old cage fighter Charlie is treated in minor injuries for something in his eye.
