Since my last video, I've been on a bit of nostalgia kick, I guess you could say.

I thought back to what movies or TV shows still hold up from when I was a kid. So, I started watching some old Pixar movies.

It struck me how movies like Toy Story or Up, or several other ones, really are "timeless". The story is just as good at 9 as it is at 29, just from a different perspective.

Going back and watching Toy Story, for example, I see it completely differently.

But, with almost all of Pixar's recent movies, that magic is completely gone. The stories and characters are flat, one dimensional cookie cutter, boring... pick any word you like.

But, they sell toys, right?

I mean, Pixar can do whatever they want, and making money is the main goal at the end of the day.

But still, I wish we could get more movies like Up and Inside Out, and fewer Cars. (I mean, Cars, Cars 2, now Cars 3?! come on now...) You know what I mean?

Anyway, for this video I went with something different. Trying to change things up now what then. I think it looks kinda cool, so I hope you all like it too.
