En 1998, au cœur de l’Indonésie, des pêcheurs découvrent une épave du IXe siècle. Rapidement, des fouilles sont lancées.

Les archéologues pensaient se trouver face à une nouvelle épave locale ou chinoise. En réalité, jamais une telle découverte n’avait été réalisée.

Dès les mois suivants, cette épave révéla des secrets fascinants.
