First up for the challenge is International DJ Mark Eteson, who hopes to create a hands-in-the-air experience with his rave themed evening.

Mark prepares an Ibiza inspired menu - from Bora Bora Beach brownies to paella - but what will 59-year-old alternative therapist Gill Bright, 36-year-old housewife Sally Rachael, 46-year-old amateur dramatics lover Michaela Kearns and 42-year-old financial advisor Scott Hillier make of his big fish little fishcakes?

Also, Mark expects each guest to take part in a rave off, judged by himself. Will his guests don their white gloves and get into the summer of love, or will it all be a washout?
