Four strangers from in and around Leicester attempt to host their way to the £1000 prize. Kicking off the week is happy chappy Kwesi, who hopes his food from the heart will help bag him the prize. He'll need to use all his charm and wit when he serves up a spice-ridden main course that leaves his guests in a bit of a pickle! Night two's host, retired art enthusiast Heidi, is eager for her night of flower power to ensure she comes up smelling of roses. Vegetarian Fran pulls out all the stops on her night to get the party popping. Fran has decided that tonight her guests are going to eat the 'fancy' way and indulges them in a three-course veggie feast. There are shocking revelations in all things taxidermy and a very strange act of spontaneity. Finally, self-professed foodie Tim hopes that his state-of-the-art kitchen gadget will enhance his menu and bag him the prize. Will his night provide the winning formula or will it all blow up in his face?
