This Episode begins with Kapil preparing to welcome Shahrukh Khan. He calls a lady to teach him English. The lady gets frustrated as she finds it impossible to teach English to an irritating Kapil. Later, Shahrukh Khan enters the show and demands Kapil that he wants to buy his show. Kapil agrees to him with a deal to become a 50 percent partner.
