On the stand, an emotional Harley comes to the conclusion that she could not have killed Phillip. She pleads to the jury to grant her her freedom. After, Harley tells Gus that she is not angry with him for setting up the witness on her behalf and thanks him for having faith in her. Meanwhile, Bill confronts Olivia who admits she's the one who exposed Gus' connection to the witness. Olivia insists that she was fighting for her life and for Emma's but Bill declares that he cannot accept what she did. After, Alan warns Olivia she's in trouble if Harley is acquitted. Tammy and Sandy discover that Jonathan has checked into the room next door from Tammy at the Springfield Inn. Jonathan makes a nuisance of himself by blasting loud music and Sandy lets him have it. Later, Sandy tells Tammy that he wants her to leave the but she refuses. Meanwhile, Jonathan heads to a bar to take his mind off Reva kicking him out of her house but can't seem to shake the pain.
