Anna and Terence's kids are nearly teenagers but there's nowhere for them to hang out with their friends in the family's small weatherboard home.

Terence thinks the home is tired and needs a facelift before he feels happy inviting people over but he has no time for renovations and prefers a more modern design to the one they currently have.

But Anna doesn't agree and she thinks that with the help of Neale, he'll fall back in love with the place again.

It's a tough brief for Neale on a tight budget, but Andrew doesn't have it easy either. The family love the area and he needs to find a new home in a very small search zone. Will either succeed with this one?
