Room for a Family

When Sarena and Flare bought this 1100 square foot house in the city, they were eager to embrace the next chapter of their relationship. Despite the dream location, one year after their big move, Flare's feelings for this house have completely changed. She doesn't feel it's a home that will allow for creating a family, but Serena thinks they can make it work. Stepping into the mix are designer Hilary and realtor David, each with their own set of plans to make this family happy. Hilary and her design team will renovate the small home to convince Flare to stay. David will show the couple homes that suit their needs better in hopes that Sarena will agree to list. Desperate for a house that allows them to grow their family, create art, and entertain their friends, Sarena and Flare will have to decide... will they love their home again or will they list it?
