All Washed Up

Fed up with having to constantly clean up after the kids at the latchkey complex, Stanley "volunteers" the gang in the Saturday Morning Garbage Patrol. Those not attending will forfeit their pool privileges. When Stanley inexplicably excuses Russell from participating Bradley figures it's due to the fact that Russell smells worse than the trash. Bradley decides to weasel out of selective Garbage Duty by making himself even stinkier than Russell!
