Onyanko vs. a Mysterious DJ

Reifar has long been the sukeban of Yokohama, but another mysterious power is infiltrating in Yokohama. Reifar's members are consequently attacked, and Saki comes to Yokohama to help Reifar. Saki first doesn't like Yokohama because the sea is so filthy compared to her home town in Tosa. Reifar refuses Saki's help because she loves Yokohama so much.

There is a pirate radio station monitoring their activity. The DJ of the station turns out to be Baron, the master of "stardust", whom Reifar trusts in. He is a member of Seirokai, which aims to rule Yokohama. Saki and Reifar fight together and they gradually get along with each other. Saki's yo-yo finally defeats Baron and she leaves Yokohama, beginning to be fond of it's sea.
