Billy shocks Victoria with the news that he bought On the Blvd. Victoria picks up on the awkwardness between Barry and Billy when they stop by the restaurant.
Leslie rants to Tyler and Neil about Gus making her crazy at home. Leslie becomes fed up with Gus' efforts to make up for years of abandonment. Later, Gus grasps at his chest.
Lily surprises herself when she finds herself becoming jealous of Tyler.
Sharon drops by Newman Enterprises to clean out her desk. Adam tells her he went to see Chelsea and asks if she thinks he can fix things between them. After some prodding from Adam, Sharon reveals to him that Chelsea is pregnant.
Nick and Avery make up after their argument about Dylan. They discuss their wedding plans as Avery realizes that she needs to tell Phyllis about their engagement.
