At On The Blvd, Billy tells Chloe that he was on his way to a meeting of Gamblers Anonymous. Chloe is relieved to discover that the guy Billy was talking with is his sponsor. Carmine approaches Michael and asks if he has seen any good videos lately. Billy warns Carmine not to fight his personal battles while at work. Carmine heads out to the alley to take out the trash and finds Michael waiting for him.
Victor places a mysterious phone call telling the person on the other end of the line that he needs to see them right away about the Gala. Victor tells Adam that Melanie should be his guest at the gala. Adam says that won’t happen since Victor fired her.
Phyllis accidentally informs Adam about Summer’s paternity. She tells Adam that no matter what, Nick will always be a better person than him. Meanwhile, Nick tells Victoria the truth about Summer’s paternity. Later, Phyllis tells Nick she went to see Michael because there might be some legal issues they need to address.
