Freedom to Roam in Charleston

A Charleston, South Carolina, resident and future grad student, Sarah, is seeking something tiny and portable. Her wish is to stop paying rent and have the ability to buy a home for herself and her four-legged companion so she can bring it with her wherever her academic future lies. Her girlfriend, Tess, who is also a wood-working instructor, is along for the ride to provide personal and professional support as they search for a modern, cottage-style home with a modest budget. Can Sarah find everything she's looking for, or is a fresh start and going tiny too big a dream in old Charleston?
