INGREDIENTS:
2 mini hot dogs buns
Butter
1 tablespoon chopped lobster meat
1 teaspoon mayo
1/8 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper
Chives, minced
STEPS:
Toast bun with butter. Mix lobster, mayo and lemon juice. Place mixture into each bun. Top with chives.
