Tiny In-N-Out Animal-Style French Fries I Tiny Kitchen

Maybe the only time you could eat an entire serving of In-N-Out Animal-Style French Fries without feeling guilty. Or maybe just a TINY bit guilty!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ketchup
1/8 teaspoon chopped dill pickles
1/8 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper
Pinch sugar
Dash apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sliced onion
1/8 teaspoon oil
Oil for frying
1 tiny potato, cut into thin fries
1 tiny piece American cheese, melted

STEPS:
1.) In a small bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, pickles, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
2.) Sauté onion in 1/8 teaspoon oil until caramelized.
3.) Heat oil in a pot and cook fries. Place cheese on top of fries as soon as they are done. Top with caramelized onions and sauce.
