1.13.2 RELEASED! | Changes in the Newest Minecraft Version

Minecraft 1.13.2 is now out! This update aims to improve general all around Minecraft performance for the players. In this video I go over all of the changes in this version. 1.13.2 does appear to improve upon the game's performance. What do you think?
