The Flaws are the typical employees of a German government office: quiet, obedient and spectacularly bad at their jobs. Protected for years by a compassionate boss, they suddenly face dismissal when consultants audit their department. A lucky mix-up sends them to an advanced training program instead. Stranded on an autonomous bus, the team embarks on an absurd journey filled with professional disasters — from hospital chaos to a forklift revolution and even a misguided attempt to enter heaven.
