Raue – Der Restaurantretter

Tim Raue wants to support restaurateurs who are on the verge of bankruptcy, not least due to the two-year pandemic. The effects of Corona, a constant shortage of staff and the operators' poor knowledge of the industry are usually the main reasons. Star chef and entrepreneur Tim Raue sees an enormous need for action here and, as the new "restaurant tester", has a concrete goal in mind: saving livelihoods!
