She has felt different all her life and receives the show's first extreme make-under to tone down her extreme goth look, 30 body piercings, tattoos and all. In addition, famed fashion designer Betsey Johnson surprises fan Jeanene with a dress especially designed for her reveal. Jeanene had rhinoplasty, ear lobe reconstruction, lip augmentation, breast augmentation, liposuction on thighs, legs, flanks and under chin, Laser hair removal, retinoic peel, mole removals, Invisalign and Zoom whitening.
