Tiny Crème Brûlée | Tiny Kitchen

When you want a little bit of something fancy and delicious, this itty bitty dish delivers.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp cream
⅛ tsp vanilla
1 quail egg yoke
1 tsp sugar
Superfine sugar

STEPS:
1.) Simmer cream and vanilla. Whip egg yolk with sugar until pale. 2.) Slowly add cream to egg mixture and stir to combine.
3.) Pour into a ramekin and bake at 375ºF for 5 minutes. Chill.
4.) Sprinkle with sugar, then torch to caramelize.
