The hippies of Tor

Tor was like the far west, but there was not a single xerrif living there. When Sansa was made sole master of the whole mountain, he recruited an army of perdularis, who were called hippies there, but they were not hippies. He let them live in cabins called "les bordes de Pleià". They lived poorly drinking and smoking, and eating cheese and roses. Sansa promised the same to all of them. Three months after the crime, a witness accused two of those parishioners of being the culprits. The assassin was among the hippies of Tor?
