To make the string beans, toss them with olive oil (you can do it in a bowl or on the pan, too), throw in some salt, pepper, whole grain mustard, toss, cook for a while on 400, rastle 'em up, cook some more, try them then take them out when you think they're good. I would put in more mustard than I did in the video.
